Cav. Carolina Izzo is the managing director of Studio Carolina Izzo Ltd. After twenty years restoring works of art for major institutions in Italy, in 2001 Carolina and her family, moved to New Zealand. She worked for many years at the National Museum, Te Papa Tongarewa and she’s now running her own business specialised in Conserving Art & Heritage.

ANTONIO CACACE, born in Sorrento, migrated to New Zealand in 1991. Antonio has an extensive background in the Food and Beverage industry and in 2002 founded the very successful La Bella Italia restaurant and shop. Antonio also has been actively involved in promoting Italian food and culture, especially the Italian Festival New Zealand.
Paola is a self motivated and driven business woman, director and co-founder of Italian Eco Style Ltd. Paola is the person in charge of public relations and accounting, however Paola has a background in the medical field as she a qualified Doctor. While in Italy she managed private hospital with several staff ( doctors, nurses ) for several years gaining experience and knowledge in HR and administration.
Rachel Priestley of The Prodigal Daughter – brings armloads of Italian Gourmet Wine and Food - artisan-produced Italian tastes to New Zealand after 10 years in Italy as a wine and food consultant, sommelier and chef. She says "Food and wine was my life and work for 10 years in Italy. I produce all sorts of Italian salumi products from happy pigs in New Zealand, I have opened six Italian restaurants in Italy, taught Tuscan chefs how to cook Tuscan cuisine better, taught male chefs from Puglia in the South of Italy their own cuisine, and they hated me, in fact one of them took off and still lives in Denmark."

Vince Cabrera has been working in the IT sector since the mid 1980s and, while living in Milan, worked for several large multinationals such as Alcatel, Italtel and Nokia Networks. He is a director of Rio Bravo Consulting, a long standing web development and design business based in Upper Hutt.
I qualified as an Architect in Venice, Italy. I have a Master in Industrial Archaeology and Conservation and have been involved in the renovation of many houses, villas and historical places in my native country. I now live in New Zealand and I share my expertise of many years of highly rewarding work in the residential, commercial and retail sectors. I continue my researches into the most updated solutions in space and office design to address the well-being of the workers, while achieving maximum efficiency and productivity.
