The Italian Chamber of Commerce ("ICCNZ", "we") is committed to protecting your privacy. We would like to collect your personal information, such as your name, email address, and phone number. By signing this Membership Application Form, you consent to your personal information being collected, used, stored and disclosed by ICCNZ as necessary to perform any of our functions (available to view on our website) and in accordance with the principles set out in the Privacy Act 1993, as amended or replaced from time to time ("Privacy Act").

In compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Act, we will:

1. use personal information only for the purposes for which it is collected or for directly related purposes (eg, invitation to join social media, newsletter).
2. retain personal information only for so long as is required for the purposes for which the information may lawfully be used; and
3. disclose it to a third party only where we are required to or are permitted by law to do so, if you have authorized the release or disclosure, or where it is the purpose (or a directly related purpose) for which the information was collected.
